Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and packed, it will be handed over to our delivery partner for shipment.

Delivery Time

We currently deliver across India.

Estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

ELORE offers Free Shipping on all eligible orders across India.

Customers are not required to pay any additional shipping fees at checkout. The final amount displayed during checkout is the total amount payable for the order.

However, ELORE reserves the right to modify or discontinue free shipping offers at any time without prior notice.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the status of their shipment until delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or any other issue, the package may be returned to us.

Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

In such cases, ELORE reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for reshipping the order. Refunds for RTO orders will be processed only after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges, if any.

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping information and ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid RTO situations.

Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Festivals
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Courier service delays

ELORE shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier partner to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
